Director Bio

Chris graduated in 1992 with a First Class B.A. (honours) Degree in Graphic Design having specialized in animation and short film production. Chris’s graduation film, Omni-narrator earned a ‘Special Mention’ at the 1994 Premiers Plans Festival in Angers, France. After college Chris made Meet Jonny Real, which was purchased and broadcast by BBC2 in 1997. He moved to Los Angeles to work for Warner Brothers Feature Animation as Technical Director/Digital Specialist on the feature film SpaceJam.  Chris returned to the UK to work for WBFA’s on the feature film, Quest for Camelot. As a compositor and art director at TANDEM, he has worked on campaigns for Cheetos, Expedia, Pictionary, Ribena, Microsoft, Sun and Anchor as well as work on TANDEM’s short films including Daniel Greaves BAFTA-nominated, Little Things. As a Director for TANDEM he has directed television commercials for Focus, Halfords, Sky and the BBC as well as continuing with his own film work. His short films include Evo and TXT Island both have which have played at many International Festivals. His latest film, Futura Gold further explores the world he created for his film TXT Island.
